SB&A or its sister company Construction and Management Limited increasingly acts as project manager to help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the standard required.
In addition to the hands on management of the construction project itself the role can extend to advising upon and co-ordinating development of the Client brief, consultant and contractor appointment and direction, contract procedure and procurement, programming, commissioning and maintenance.
Building projects are becoming ever more challenging, with tighter budgets, shorter programmes and an increasing number of statutory requirements an increasing number of specialists is needed, even on smaller projects, the services of whom require efficient co-ordination.
Our project management teams comprise people with expertise and qualifications in architecture, commercial property development, structural/ civil/mechanical/electrical engineering, IT, or building/ quantity surveying.
